So too in the new Breeam-NL New Construction 2020 guideline. This makes a clear statement regarding independent commissioning. And far from everyone is aware of that.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the chapter Management 04, commissioning and handover, it is now clearly defined that the recording and validation of the credits must be carried out by an independent body and consultant which must have no relationship with the parties already hired. With this independent assessment, the aim is to more accurately ensure that the building owner can be confident that the property meets BREEAM-NL 2020 and that he has received what he asked for and purchased. As far as we are concerned, a good step in transparency and making demonstrably more energy efficient  <br\/>For your information, below are the relevant articles from the Breeam-NL 2020.<br\/><br\/><strong>BREEAM -NL New Construction 2020 V1.0 &#8211; MAN 04 Commissioning and transfer &#8211; Definitions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commissionings Authority (CxA).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An independent expert person tasked with preparing a Commissioning Plan and assembling a team of commissioning specialists. He is independent of the installation consultant and executive installation company. He monitors for the client the (desired) performance established in the<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commissioning Plan. The person has proven experience as a commissioning authority, persons listed with this qualification in the Register of Approved Commissioners at Sertum meet this qualification in any case.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commissioning Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A commissioning manager is a specialist who works independently and is qualified to inspect, test and commission all systems under operating conditions.
