Van deze investering wil je zo snel mogelijk de vruchten plukken. Toch is het algemeen bekend dat rendement en risico hand in hand gaan. Risico\u2019s kun je echter tot een minimum beperken door het nemen van preventieve maatregelen: met commissioning verhoog je de levensduur van gebouwen en installaties.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verschillende redenen voor langere levensduur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn verschillende redenen voor het feit dat je met <a href=\"https:\/\/d-tacs.com\/wat-is-commissioning\/\">commissioning<\/a> die levensduur van gebouwen en installaties verlengt. Doordat de kans op deze problemen tijdig ontdekt en opgelost is, wordt de basis voor een stabiele en duurzame werking op de lange termijn gelegd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimale systeemprestaties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verwarmings-, ventilatie- en airconditioningsystemen presteren alleen optimaal wanneer ze nauwkeurig zijn ingesteld volgens hun ontwerpspecificaties. Alleen op die manier werken ze effici\u00ebnter en effectiever, treedt er minder slijtage op \u00e9n is het energieverbruik op de lange termijn lager. Dat draagt allemaal bij aan een langere levensduur van de apparatuur en installaties. Dit bereik je alleen met een preventieve benadering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onderhoud verlengt levensduur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De grondige inspecties en testen die tijdens commissioning worden uitgevoerd, geven een goed inzicht in de status en de prestaties van systemen. Eigenaren en exploitanten van gebouwen en installaties zijn daardoor beter in staat om op basis van de feitelijke behoeften de juiste onderhoudscycli te plannen. Door het regelmatig onderhouden van de apparatuur wordt de levensduur ervan verlengd \u00e9n wordt de kans op onverwachte uitval tot een minimum beperkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minder risico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er is niet veel voorstellingsvermogen voor nodig om te bedenken dat fouten in ziekenhuisapparatuur of systemen die gebruikt worden in de luchtvaartindustrie voor desastreuze gevolgen kunnen zorgen. Daarom is het van essentieel belang dat dergelijke fouten v\u00f3\u00f3r ingebruikname zijn gedetecteerd en opgelost. Ook d\u00e1t maakt commissioning zo belangrijk.
