Commissioning renovation University Hall, Domplein Utrecht
Dating from 1894, the University Hall is the historic heart of Utrecht University and welcomes around two hundred thousand visitors each year. The renovation makes this national monument more sustainable and accessible, with fully renewed building services and a BREEAM-NL Excellent ambition. On behalf of Utrecht University, we are carrying out the commissioning of the renovated installation in support of BREEAM credits MAN04 (commissioning and handover) and MAN05 (aftercare).

Utrecht University – Commissioning renovation SL2 building, Utrecht Science Park
The SL2 building on Sorbonnelaan is undergoing a sustainable renovation and will house several chemistry and physics groups of the Faculty of Science. The building is being re-insulated, fitted with heat recovery in the air handling system and connected more efficiently to the thermal energy storage (ATES) ring. On behalf of Utrecht University, we are carrying out the commissioning of the complete installation in support of BREEAM credits MAN04 (commissioning and handover) and MAN05 (aftercare).

Commissioning of the BESTSELLER Logistics Center West, Lelystad
In Lelystad, BESTSELLER is building Logistics Centre West: at 155,000 m², it will soon be Europe’s largest distribution center constructed from solid wood, with a facade of straw panels serving as insulation. The building is designed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, the highest certification level. On behalf of Louwers Installatietechniek, we are handling the commissioning of the electrical installation.

Eurocontrol Beek – New MUAC Building
This concerns the construction of the new MUAC Eurocontrol building in Beek. For this project, we were commissioned to commission the entire system.

KLM – Renovation of Hangar 10 BREEAM Very Good
In 2024, KLM decided to renovate Hangar 10 and adapt it for use by Transavia and KLM, with the goal of obtaining a BREEAM “Very Good” certification. The project has already begun with the removal of the current offices and the gutting of the hangar. Next year, construction of the offices will begin, and the facade of the Hangaar will be completed.

Peregrion – Test site TNO laboratory
Commissioned by TNO, we performed the commissioning for the company Peregrion for a newly built medical laboratory. Here we performed all tests related to the proper commissioning of the laboratory. Such as the specific radiological tests and gas tests.

MARQ – Test site TNO Automotive BREEAM Very Good
The MARQ building was constructed in Helmond on behalf of TNO. This is a test facility for the automotive industry that has been awarded a BREEAM Very Good rating. We helped carry out all the tests required to achieve a “Very Good” rating.

MAERSK Coldstore – Sustainable cold storage with BREEAM Excellent
The MAERSK Coldstore project (2021–2025) is focused on creating a sustainable and efficient cold storage facility. The project achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, with a focus on MAN04 (Commissioning) and MAN05 (Aftercare). This ensures compliance with high standards for commissioning and after-sales service.
